Joseph became a valued member of the Hede Byrne & Hall Team in 2022. Since joining, he has completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Southern Queensland in 2023 and finalised his postgraduate training at the College of Law in 2024. He was admitted as a Lawyer in the Supreme Court of Queensland on Monday, 11th of November 2024, and as a Solicitor in the High Court of Australia on 16 January 2025.
Joseph is a proud Toowoomba local with ties to the surrounding rural communities. He brings a deep understanding of the diverse needs of clients from the Toowoomba and Darling Downs regions.
Joseph primarily practices in the workers’ compensation field, while also taking a keen interest in guiding clients through the complexities of personal injuries claims including CTP and public liability claims, consumer law, employment and industrial law, commercial, and contract law disputes.
