Our Practice areas outlined below give an insight into the breadth of our experience and how we might assist with your issue.
The firm was founded in 1981 by William Byrne and Paul Hede, both retired residents of the Toowoomba region. In 1996, Patrick Hall was welcomed as a new director, and on the 1st of July 2009, Hede Byrne & Hall became an Incorporated Legal Practice.
Over the following two decades, the firm welcomed new directors, Jon Wiedman, Aaron Smith, Kym Cavanagh, Vincent Hede and Andrew Braithwaite. A growing team of experienced lawyers and friendly support staff has enabled the firm to expand to become one of the region’s most successful medium-sized, full-service law firms.
The firm celebrated a key achievement in 2012 when it officially opened its Roma office, providing a point of contact for clients in the Maranoa region. In 2018 the Warwick office was opened, as part of its continued dedication to providing quality legal services to its rural and regional clients.
This year, Hede Byrne & Hall will celebrate 40 years of being upstanding neighbours and outstanding lawyers.
