Jon joined Hede Byrne & Hall as an Articled Clerk in January 1992 after six years’ employment with the Department of Justice in the Magistrates Court Office in Toowoomba.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Queensland University of Technology and was admitted to practice as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in 1997.
Jon became a Partner of Hede Byrne & Hall in July 2000.
Jon is experienced in most areas of practice, including:
- Commercial Litigation,
- Property Law, and
- Planning and Environment Disputes.
Jon presently primarily practices Criminal Law, Succession Planning and Estate Law, and assists clients in Toowoomba, Warwick and Roma.
Jon is an active member and President of the Coolaroo Football Club.
