Benjamin became a valued member of the Hede Byrne & Hall team in 2021. He was admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia in February 2024. He is also a member of the Queensland Law Society and the Family Law Practitioners Association.

Since his admission, Benjamin has focused primarily on family law, predominantly working with Director and Family Law Accredited Specialist, Vince Hede. His experience has equipped him with a broad range of skills, enabling him to work with clients across all aspects of family law, including property settlements, parenting disputes, child support, and spousal maintenance.
