Jim became a valued member of the Hede Byrne & Hall team in 2020, bringing with him over 25 years of experience in the area of personal injury law, particularly in statutory personal injury compensation.

His extensive experience also includes certification as a nationally accredited mediator, making him well-versed in dispute resolution . Additionally, Jim has undergone training to become a family dispute resolution practitioner.

Recognising the importance of human perspective in legal matters, especially in personal injury cases, Jim believes in the vital role of human input and judgment both presently and in the future. He brings a unique understanding of the human element to his practice, ensuring compassionate and effective representation for his clients.
