Sarah became a valued member of the Hede Byrne & Hall team in 2021, bringing with her a wealth of experience, having worked and managed offices for national plaintiff personal injury firms throughout QLD. She is uniquely placed to understand a claim from both perspectives and offer a practical perspective to each matter.
She is experienced in running claims for catastrophic injury, dependency matters, civil aviation and professional negligence claims.
Sarah began her legal career in criminal prosecutions, where she organised and instructed on District and Supreme Court matters. She is highly experienced in trial and advocacy work and understands the nuances of effective communication.
That background informed an evidence-based approach to matters, which assists in the articulation of a position from the outset.

Whilst an eager traveller, all current plans are on hold until the kids are of an age to appreciate the cultural immersion.
