Workplace Health & Safety Issues
We provide employers with advice on their rights and obligations under Workplace Health and Safety legislation. Amongst other things we can assist to:
- Advise and represent employers in discussions or interviews with inspectors from the division of Workplace Health and Safety or with the police
- Arrange legal compliance audits of the workplace with respect to workplace health and safety requirements as well as review policies, procedures and systems
- Represent employers in the defence of prosecutions from the Division of Workplace Health and Safety in Queensland
